突发：复旦大学张文宏/张颖联合通讯论文被撤稿

2014年7月，复旦大学张颖/张文宏共同通讯在DNAANDCELLBIOLOGY在线发表了题为“HBxelevatesoncoproteinAEG-1expressiontopromotecellmigrationbydownregulatingmiR-375andmiR-136inmalignanthepatocytes”的研究论文(10.1089/dna.2014.2376)，文章第一作者赵静（jingzhao音译）。该研究发现，miR-375和miR-136具有治疗与乙肝病毒X蛋白(HBx)相关的肝细胞癌(HCC)的潜力。

近日，该文章被质疑图片重复使用。

一位读者联系了文章的第一作者赵静博士，告知作者图2F文章的“Ctr”和“HBx+si-1”可能来自同一个样本。作者检查了两张图片后表示：图片确实有问题，是一个粗心的错误。

2021年9月，论文作者对该文章进行了修正，对图片进行了替换，并将更新后的手稿提交给了DNAANDCELLBIOLOGY杂志。

2021年10月，DNAandCellBiology正式对该论文作出撤稿处理，并称原因在于更新后的实验结果并非是在原始实验产生的。
